Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust Announces November 2012 Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2012) - Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:REF.UN) ("CREIT") today announced its November 2012 monthly distribution in the amount of 12.42 cents per unit (C$1.49 annualized). The November distribution will be payable on December 14, 2012 to Unitholders of record November 30, 2012.

CREIT is a real estate investment trust focused on accumulating a portfolio of high-quality real estate assets and delivering the benefits of real estate ownership to Unitholders.
