SNC-Lavalin awarded study contract for Nitrogen Injection / Nitrogen Rejection and Carbon dioxide Injection project in Abu Dhabi
The studies will cover three areas: the FEED work will cover high pressure nitrogen injection, high pressure CO2 injection for enhanced oil recovery into oil/rich condensate gas reservoirs for reservoir pressure maintenance. The NBNR pre-FEED work will cover nitrogen breakthrough and its impact on the existing Habshan gas plants, and identify the cost-effective nitrogen rejection facilities.
