The online CSPs include all CSPs in Daily Commercial News since March 1999. They contain the exact text that appeared in the newspaper. New CSPs are added on the date of publication. To place notices of certification of substantial performance, call (905) 752-5516 or send by fax to 1-800-947-7966. You can obtain a copy of Form 6 (used to submit a CSP) by clicking here and following the instructions on the page that appears.

How to search. Enter a word in the search box above. The search is not case sensitive. The search results will appear on this page. The most recent CSPs appear first.
You can restrict your search to CSPs published in the last 3 months or the last 12 months by clicking on the appropriate button beneath the search box. By default the search is limited to the last 12 months. If you select 3 months or 12 months, all CSPs in that period will be returned. If you select “All”, the number returned is limited to 200 to avoid excessive search times. If your search returns a large number of CSPs, try the search tip below. For more information, contact DCN customer care.
Search tip: To get more precise results from your search, use more than one word when you search. For instance, if the address of the project is on Dufferin Street in Toronto, enter both "Toronto" and "Dufferin" in the search box. The search will return CSPs that contain both words. Also, do not include in your search term abreviated words like ‘Ltd’ that might be spelled out in some listings.
At the bottom of each CSP there is an option to download the CSP as a PDF. You need Acrobat Reader to view PDF files.
