Work is covering up the new office building for Great West Life Realty at 2100 Derry Rd. in Mississauga, Ont.
Cooper Construction nears completion of Great West Life Realty project
Cooper Construction Limited expects completion of the 102,000 square-foot project soon. The GWL office building was designed by Adamson & Associates Architects Inc.
Consultants are Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural); Andronowski & Associates Ltd. (mechanical); and Mulvey & Banani (electrical).
Subtrades include: D’Orazio Infrastructure Group Ltd. (earthworks); Spencer Steel Ltd. (structural steel); Ronco Steel Centre (reinforcing steel); Hardrock Forming Co.; Innocon Inc. (concrete); Architectural Precast; GA Masonry Ltd.; Plan Group (electrical); Superior Sprinkler (fire protection); Clima Mechanical Contractors; Westmount Storefront (aluminum/windows); and Schindler Elevator Corp.
