Self-storage Steel in Toronto

Structural steel work continues on the Talus Capital Corp. self-storage facility at 356 Eastern Ave. in Toronto. Cooper Construction Ltd. has completion of the 130,000-square-foot, five-storey design-build project scheduled for February 2009. The storage facility was designed by J.H. Rust Architect Inc. and Dorlan Engineering is structural consultant. Subtrades include: Maiella Contracting Ltd. (site services); M & G Steel (structural steel); Birnie Electric Ltd.; Elite Construction (HVAC); Superior Sprinkler Co. Ltd.; and Noram Enterprises (aluminum/windows).
