Construction is moving along on the Grand Triomphe 2 condominium project in North York, Ont.
Owner Tridel Corporation along with construction manager Deltera Inc. have completion of the 30-storey, 308-unit project scheduled for early 2009.
There will also be retail space on the ground floor.
The project was designed by Burka Architects Inc.
Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural) and Novatrend Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include: Dolente Concrete & Drain Co. (site work/drainage); Anpro Excavating & Grading; Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd.; Verdi Alliance (formwork); Res Precast Inc.; Network Mechanical; Speedy Electric; Belmar Ventilation Systems; Toro Aluminum Ltd. (glass/glazing); Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd.; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
