Greenpark crews get ‘tied up’ at Richmond condominium site
Owner/general contractor Greenpark Homes began the Richmond condominium project in June 2007. Completion has been scheduled for summer 2009.
Designed by Page & Steele Inc., the 14-storey, 357-unit building offers two levels of underground parking, a party room, fitness club, billiards/card room and guest suites.
Consultants are Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural) and United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
