Times Group moves Majestic Court project along quickly
Developer Times Group Corporation has completion of the Majestic Court condominium project scheduled for May 2009.
Designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners, the two-tower building will also offer two levels of underground parking.
Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates Inc. and MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Oak Site Preparation Inc. (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Premform Ltd. (formwork); Albrecht Bros. Reinforcing Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); James Dick Concrete (concrete supply); Primo Mechanical Inc.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; and Schindler Elevator Corp.
