Trioka Developments plans massive make-over of Kelowna waterfront

Troika Developments is planning a 45-acre master planned community for the Kelowna waterfront. By the time the development is finished, it will offer residents a choice of condominium, townhouse or low-rise apartment living.

Amenities for the community include several swimming pools, tennis courts, ice rink, gym, spa and numerous cafes, restaurants and retail outlets.

The $400 million project was designed by Calgary-based BKDI Architects who will also act as project architects for the development.

Troika is currently in the pre-sales stage of phase one, which includes two condominium towers containing 150 units.

Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2008 and Troika will act as its own general contractor. Completion of the entire project will depend on market forces.
