Work moves along at the Avenue condominium project, located at Avenue Road and St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto.
Avenue condo project moves closer to completion
Construction manager Toddglen Avenue Ltd. began the Avenue condominium project in November 2006. Completion is scheduled for January 2009.
Designed by Page + Steele Inc., the building will be 19 storeys tall and offer 73 units when complete.
Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and PD3 Planning & Design Solutions (landscape).
Subtrades include Four Winds Construction (underground drainage); Anpro Environmental Group Inc. (excavation); Bermingham Construction Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Gilbert Steel Ltd.; Highview Forming Inc.; OZZ Corp. (electrical); and University Plumbing & Heating.
