Remington crews keep materials on the move at Downtown Markham site
Owner/general contractor Remington Group Hi Rise Division began the Downtown Markham residential/retail project in May 2007.
Designed by Quadrangle Architects Ltd., the development consists of one 10-storey building and three seven-storey buildings with a total of approximately 431-units.
Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural) and Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical).
Subcontractors include Anpro Excavating & Grading; Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Resform Construction Ltd.; Salit Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Architectural Precast Systems; Dufferin Concrete; Village Masonry Construction; Primo Mechanical Inc.; Speedy Electric Contractor Ltd.; Aluminum Window Designs Ltd.; Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd. (roofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
