Toddglen Construction crews get ‘tied up’ at iLoft condominium project
Toddglen Construction Co. Ltd. is construction manager on the iLoft condominium project, which is located on Legion Road North in Toronto.
Designed by Atkins Architects Inc., the 28-storey, 230-unit building will feature an exercise room, pool/sauna, squash courts and party room.
Consultants are Y & V Engineering Ltd. (structural) and CBM Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Costa Earthmoving Inc. (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); High-View Forming (1995) Inc.; Salit Steel (Niagara) Ltd. (rebar supply); Marli Mechanical; Titan Mechanical (ventilation); Zerem Electrical Services; and Allan Windows Ltd.
