Davies Smith crew keep materials moving at Hearthstone by the Bay
Davies Smith Developments Inc. has occupancy of the Hearthstone by the Bay complex scheduled for spring 2009.
Designed by Quadrangle Architects Ltd., the 18-storey, 127-unit luxury building’s amenities include retail space and a health/wellness centre, library, salon and dining room.
Consultants are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural) and Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Millennium Earthworks (excavation); Deep Foundation Contractors Inc.; Trio Forming Ltd. (formwork); Gilbert Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); and Dufferin Concrete.
