Construction gets underway at Quigg Group’s Capella development
Quigg Group’s $1.4 billion upscale condominium complex is underway at Bear Mountain.
When complete, the “lifestyle community” will contain over 1,000 condominium units, a vineyard with restaurant, a fitness centre, and swimming pools, all complete with concierge services.
Phase One, called Capella, includes two towers. The second one of these will be 45 storeys in height – the highest on Vancouver Island.
The project is being built by the Quigg Group, with designs by Iconstrucx Architecture.
Completion of the entire complex is scheduled for 2018.
