Concrete trucks wait their turn at the Boutique phase l condominium project in Toronto.

Trucks take turns at Tucker HiRise’s Boutique condo site

Tucker HiRise is the project/construction manager on the Boutique phase l condominium project.

The 16-storey, 333-unit building, which will feature guest suites, five levels of underground parking and retail on the ground floor, was designed by ZAS Architects Inc. for owner Simcoe Nelson Property Inc.

Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Cecconi Simone Inc (interior); and Ferris & Associates (landscape).

Subtrades include Aro Excavating Ltd.; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Delgant (civil) Ltd. (formwork); Canada Wide Reinforcing Steel; Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Global Plumbing & Heating Ltd.; and Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates.
