The Claremont condominium tower is under construction in Westwood Village, a development located in the heart of Coquitlam.
Bosa Construction builds Claremont condo tower in Westwood Village
The 26-storey, 118-unit Claremont condominium will be one of three residential towers in the Westwood Village development. The general contractor on the project is Bosa Construction Inc.
The building was designed by Rafii Architects Inc. for owner Bosa Properties Inc.
Consulting engineers on the project include Vector Engineering Ltd. (civil), MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical) and Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd (electrical).
