BMW Group Canada is relocating its corporate headquarters from Whitby to a custom-built green facility at the intersection of Highway 404 and Major Mackenzie Drive in Richmond Hill.
BMW Canada hosts groundbreaking ceremony for new Richmond Hill headquarters
Designed by Sweeny Sterling Finlayson &Co., the BMW Canada facility is located on a 5.75-acre greenfield site in the southern portion of Barker Business Park.
Being constructed by Urbacon, the facility is scheduled for occupancy by the end of 2009. Groundbreaking took place Monday, July 21, 2008.
