Outside brick work continues at the Pulse Condominium project at Yonge Street and Finch Avenue in North York, Ont.
Developer is The Pemberton Group and general contractor is Saddlebrook Construction Inc. The work includes one 27-storey tower and one 26-storey tower with a total of 510 units and three levels of underground parking. It will also have a billiards room, fitness room and virtual golf.
The project was designed by Burka Varacalli Architects.
Consultants are: Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural); TeGi Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape).
Subcontractors include: Resform Construction Ltd. (formwork); Salit Steel (rebar supply); Canadian Precast; Dufferin Concrete; Village Masonry; Metro Carpentry; Sterling Tile & Carpet; Marel Contractors (drywall); Primo Mechanical; Cooltech Services Ltd. (ventilation); OZZ Corp. (electrical); Quest Window Systems Inc.; Viana Roofing & Sheet Metal ltd. (roofing); ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.; Cedargreen Landscaping; and Empire Paving.
