Armtec Infrastructure buys AE Concrete Precast Products for $19 million
GUELPH
Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund says it has signed a deal to buy AE Concrete Precast Products Ltd. for approximately $19 million.
AE Concrete has a plant in Surrey, B.C., where it manufactures and supplies precast concrete standard products to B.C. and Washington.
Ontario-based Armtec said AE Concrete has annual sales of about $17.5 million and 79 employees.
