Toddglen’s Bloor Street Neighbourhood project moves up

The Bloor Street Neighbourhood project was designed by Northgrave Architect Inc. for Cresford Developments. Toddglen Construction Ltd. is general contractor on the 26-storey, 327-unit project.

The building’s amenities include a fully-equipped private club, indoor pool, members’s lounge, billiards room and guest suites.

Consultants are Y + V Engineering Ltd. (structural) and United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).

Subcontractors include Anpro Excavating & Grading; Gilbert Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Consolidated Inc. (formwork); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Global Mechanical; and CNIM Canada (elevators).
