Construction is progressing on the Grand Triomphe II condominium project in North York, Ontario.
Tridel and Deltera team up in Grand Triomphe style
Owner Tridel Corporation and construction manager Deltera Inc. plan to complete the Grand Triomphe II project in early 2009.
Designed by Burka Architects Inc., the 30-storey, 308-unit building offers retail space on the ground floor.
Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural) and Novatrend Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Dolente Concrete & Drain Co. (site work/drainage); Anpro Excavating & Grading; Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd.; Verdi Alliance (formwork); Res Precast Inc.; Network Mechanical; Speedy Electric; Belmar Ventilation Systems; Toro Aluminum Ltd. (glass/glazing); Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd.; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
