Construction is progressing at the Twenty Gothic in High Park condominium project on Gothic Avenue in Toronto.
Monarch Construction makes progress on Twenty Gothic project
Monarch Construction is both owner and general contractor on the eight-storey, 175-unit Twenty Gothic in High Park project.
Designed by Sweeny Sterling Finlayson & Co., the Twenty Gothic building features a fitness room, billiards lounge and a party room.
Consultants are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural) and MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
Subcontractors include Michael Bros. Excavating; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Italform Ltd. (formwork); Ronco Steel Centre Ltd. (rebar supply); Dufferin Concrete; Village Masonry; Mega City Tile; Sanet Mechanical Ltd.; Jay Electric; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
