Below-grade work progresses at the Absolute World Tower Four condominiums in Mississauga, Ontario.

Absolute Four condominium takes shape next to “Marilyn Monroe” towers

Developer Fernbrook Homes/Cityzen began the 56-storey, 430-unit Absolute World Tower Four project in summer 2007. Occupancy is scheduled for 2010.

The Absolute World Tower Four is part of the five-tower Absolute development, which includes the two twisted towers nicknamed “Marilyn Monroe” for their iconic shapes.

Designed by Burka Architects, the Absolute World Tower Four building offers six levels of underground parking.

Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates Inc. (structural); E.C.E Group (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape).

Subtrades include Costa Earthmoving Inc. (excavation); Faga Group (under slab drainage); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Premform (formwork); Gilbert Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Mayfair Electric Ltd.; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
