Exterior work is moving along at the Meridian Residences Phase 2 condominiums at Yonge Street and Finch Avenue in North York, Ontario.

Tridel brings Meridian Phase 2 to the brink of completion

Tridel Corp. and Hullmark Developments expect to finish the 26-storey, 406-unit Meridian Residences building soon. The development also includes a three-level podium and ten townhomes.

Designed by Rafael + Bigauskas Architect Inc., the building also offers indoor/outdoor water features, pool/whirlpool/sauna, fitness centre, billiards/card room and party room, plus three levels of underground parking and ground-floor retail.

Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural); and A & G Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).

Subtrades include Magine General Contractors Inc. (excavation/site work); Consolidated 2000 Inc. (formwork); Global Precast; Venice Masonry; Primo Mechanical Inc. (mechanical/fire protection.; Speedy Electric Contractor Inc.; Toro Aluminum Ltd. (windows); Multiseal Inc. (waterproofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
