Work is ongoing at the Bell Creekbank Phase III Class “A” office in Mississauga, Ontario.

Aecon Buildings makes the connection at Bell’s Creekbank office

Construction manager Aecon Buildings and MHPM Project Managers Inc. began the five-storey Creekbank office in spring 2007; completion is scheduled for late fall 2008.

Bregman + Hamann Architects designed the building for owner/developer Bell Canada/H + R REIT.

Consultants are AM Candaras Associates Inc. (civil); Carruthers and Wallace Ltd. (structural); Hidi & Associates Inc. (mechanical); Lapas Consulting Engineers Ltd. (electrical); HH Angus (elevator); and Quinn Design Associates Inc. (landscape).
