Saddlebrook builds Royal condo in Richmond Hill

A section swings overhead at The Royal at Bayview Glen condominium project in Richmond Hill, Ont. Saddlebrook Construction is builder of the 12-storey, 201-unit project and developer is The Pemberton Group. The work also includes a wellness centre, billiards, virtual golf and two levels of underground parking.
The Project Team
The project was designed by Page & Steele Inc. Consultants are: Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural); TeGi Engineering (mechanical/electrical): and Strybos Associates (landscape). Subcontractors include; Anpro Excavating & Grading; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); DNF Structures (formwork); Salit Steel (rebar supply); Res Precast; Dufferin Concrete; Lisi Mechanical (mechanical/fire protection); OZZ Infrastructure (electrical); Cooltech (ventilation); Quest Window Systems Inc.; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
