Work moves upwards for The Hudson condominiums at Spadina Avenue and King Street in Toronto. Owner/developer Great Gulf Homes began the 21-storey, 282-unit project in March 2004 and completion has been scheduled for sometime this year. The work includes a bar/lounge, billiard room, fitness centre and more. The Hudson Condominium was designed by Diamond and Schmitt Architects. Consultants are The ECE Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subtrades include: Priestly Demolition; Anpro Excavating & Grading; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Delgant (Civil) Ltd. (formwork); Ronco Steel Centre Ltd. (rebar supply); D. Zentil Mechanical Ltd.; and Speedy Electric Contractor Ltd.
