Hazel and Co. owner wins suit against TransLink, InTransitBC and Canada Line Rapid Transit
The damage done to at least one business located along the construction of a rapid transit line from downtown Vancouver to the city’s airport outweighs the benefits of the project, a B.C. Supreme Court judge said in awarding one merchant $600,000 in damages.
