Diamond and Schmitt Architects Inc. have designed the new home of the Salvation Army’s Harbour Light building in Toronto. General contractor The Atlas Corporation began the 8-storey, 98-unit building at Jarvis and Shuter Streets in June 2006. Completion is expected in January 2008.

(mechanical/electrical). Subcontractors include: Shor-Cais Consulting Ltd.; Hardrock Forming; Agent Steel (structural steel); Vaughan Masonry Inc.; St. Marys CBM (concrete supply); Novel Mechanical Inc.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates (electrical/fire alarm system); Northwest Painting Ltd.; Stouffville Glass Mirrors & Aluminum Ltd.; and Schindler Elevator Corp.
